How do I choose the right size?

Please review the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, exchanges for sizing are limited.

How does shipping work?

All items are made to order and ship directly to your home (not to the school).
Some items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately, so you may receive more than one package.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes a “Track Your Order” button. Use that button anytime to check the status and delivery updates for your item(s).

When will my order arrive?

Because items are custom made just for you, production takes a few days before shipping. Delivery times vary by product and location. Once your item ships, tracking will show estimated delivery.
